Supplier Policy

Suppliers are solely responsible for:

• Quality of materials supplied
• Accurate measurement and quantity
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Pricing accuracy and transparency
• Timely fulfillment of orders

All materials must meet industry standards and be suitable for construction use.

Suppliers must:

• Fulfill confirmed orders promptly
• Deliver correct quantity and quality
• Maintain consistent service standards

Failure to meet performance standards may result in suspension or removal.

Suppliers must not:

• Engage in misleading pricing
• Introduce hidden charges
• Manipulate pricing after order confirmation

Suppliers shall not bypass the Platform to transact directly with Customers introduced through BamBamLoad.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Suppliers may be evaluated based on performance metrics including:

• Order fulfillment rate
• Delivery accuracy
• Timeliness of supply
• Customer feedback and complaints

BamBamLoad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove Suppliers who fail to meet required performance standards.

BamBamLoad may impose restrictions, penalties, or account limitations on Suppliers where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Suppliers must comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Customer data:

• Must be used only for order fulfillment
• Must not be shared, sold, or misused

Suppliers must not:

• Provide false information
• Supply substandard materials
• Engage in fraudulent activity

BamBamLoad reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate Supplier accounts
• Remove listings
• Restrict access to the Platform

At its sole discretion.

This Policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
