Delivery & Logistics Policy

Effective Date: 02 February 2026

1. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer shall be responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information including:

  • the correct delivery address
  • accessible routes to the delivery location
  • appropriate offloading space
  • any site-specific conditions that may affect delivery

The Customer must ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible for heavy-duty vehicles transporting construction materials.

2. Site Access & Safety

The Customer shall ensure that the delivery site is safe and suitable for delivery operations.

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for:

  • Damage to property
  • Injury to persons
  • Vehicle access issues

arising from unsafe or unsuitable site conditions.

3. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect materials upon delivery.

At the point of delivery:

  • The Customer or authorized representative may inspect materials
  • Materials may be accepted or rejected

Acceptance constitutes confirmation that:

  • Quantity is correct
  • Quality is satisfactory

Once accepted:

  • Delivery is deemed complete
  • No refunds, returns, or replacements shall be permitted

4. Deemed Acceptance

Where the Customer or authorized representative is not present at the delivery location:

  • Delivery shall be deemed accepted
  • The Order shall be considered completed

Complaints must be made within 24 hours.

5. Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be confirmed by any of the following:

  • Signed delivery note
  • Photographic or video evidence
  • OTP confirmation
  • Acknowledgment by Customer or site representative

Such confirmation shall constitute conclusive evidence that delivery has been completed.

6. Failed Delivery

Delivery shall be deemed unsuccessful due to Customer fault where failure arises from:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Inaccessible or unsafe delivery routes
  • Insufficient offloading space
  • Absence of Customer or representative
  • Site restrictions

In such cases:

  • Materials may be returned to dispatch location
  • Additional charges shall apply

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or additional costs arising from inaccurate information or unsuitable delivery conditions provided by the Customer.

7. Re-Delivery & Additional Costs

Where delivery fails due to Customer fault:

  • The Customer shall bear all additional costs including: Transportation, Handling, and Re-delivery

Re-delivery shall only occur upon payment of such charges.

8. Partial Delivery

Where delivery is made in parts:

  • Each completed delivery shall be treated as a separate fulfilled obligation
  • Acceptance of each part shall constitute final acceptance for that portion

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failure of delivery vehicles
  • Poor road conditions
  • Fuel scarcity or fuel supply disruptions
  • Government restrictions or regulatory actions
  • Security situations or civil unrest
  • Accidents or road blockages
  • Natural disasters
  • Network or communication failures
  • Labour strikes or industrial actions
  • Supplier delays
  • Delays at loading points, quarries, or depots
  • Loading or offloading delays at delivery locations
  • Any unforeseen logistical challenges
  • Acts of God

Or any other exigencies beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

Where such circumstances occur, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable, and performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from such events.

10. Third-Party Transporters

Delivery may be carried out by independent transporters.

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of transporters
  • Delivery-related incidents
  • Transportation delays

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery failures
  • Delays
  • Losses arising from logistics
  • Customer-provided incorrect information
  • Third-party actions

12. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
