Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptable Use
Users must use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices
- Hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
- Use bots or unauthorized automation
- Manipulate pricing or transactions
- Upload false listings
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Circumvent the Platform to transact outside it
3. Platform Integrity
Users must not interfere with:
- System performance
- Platform security
- Other users' access
4. Enforcement
BamBamLoad reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage
- Investigate violations
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict access
- Permanently ban users
At its sole discretion.
5. Platform Protection / Circumvention
Users shall not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or undermine the Platform by conducting transactions outside the Platform with users introduced through BamBamLoad.
6. Legal Action
BamBamLoad reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates this Policy.
7. Policy Update Clause
This Policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
