Refund & Payment Policy

Once materials are accepted:

• No refunds
• No replacements

If you are not present at delivery:

• Delivery is considered accepted

Customers must inspect materials upon delivery. At the point of delivery, the Customer or the Customer's authorized representative shall have the opportunity to examine the materials and either accept or reject them. Acceptance of the materials at the point of delivery shall constitute confirmation that the materials are satisfactory in quantity and quality. Once the materials have been accepted and delivery has been completed, the transaction shall be deemed final and no returns, refunds, or replacements shall be permitted.

Where the Customer or an authorized representative is not present at the delivery location at the time of delivery, delivery to the designated location shall be deemed acceptance of the materials, and the order shall be considered duly completed.

Complaints must be made within 24 hours.

Payments may be made through:

• Bank transfer
• Debit or credit cards
• Other approved methods

Orders may require advance payment.

BamBamLoad reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including but not limited to Paystack.

BamBamLoad:

• Does not process payments
• Does not hold funds
• Is not a financial institution

BamBamLoad shall not be liable for:

• Payment delays
• Failed transactions
• Chargebacks
• Payment reversals
• Payment gateway downtime

Users shall be responsible for any chargebacks.

BamBamLoad reserves the right to recover all related costs.

We may:

• Hold payments
• Investigate disputes
• Reverse transactions if necessary

BamBamLoad may suspend or withhold payments where fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

Platform service fees are non-refundable.

This Policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
